Ryan Rapp Pacheco Sorensen provides consultation and representation relating to retirement and welfare benefit plans and state retirement funds; assists with disclosure compliance, fiduciary responsibility, qualification, and compliance under tax and labor law; and advises benefit plans on benefit claims and appeals.

Our attorneys are available to assist Plan Sponsors and Plan Administrators regarding voluntary correction submissions to the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the Internal Revenue Service, and the U.S. Department of Labor.

We represent a number of collectively bargained welfare plans and pension plans, provide consultation and representation to local boards constituted under the Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retirement System, and offer guidance and advocacy regarding Section 218 Social Security Agreements.
