Arizona Registrar of Contractors
We have also successfully represented many clients in proceedings before, and appeals from, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC).
The ROC is the state agency that regulates the licensing and practice of construction contractors. Ryan Rapp Pacheco & Kelley has represented both owners and contractors at ROC hearings. The outcome of the hearings are critical, since an appeal to a civil court is limited.
