“The judicial process can be at times frightening and confusing to individuals and business entities. I attempt to help educate and want my clients to know that I will be there with them through the entire process, will aggressively fight for their rights and pursue the best resolution possible.”

Chris Rapp has been practicing in the areas of criminal law, civil litigation and administrative law for nearly 30 years and has built a successful career through his involvement in all aspects of the legal process. It is through his extensive courtroom experience that he recognizes and understands the crucial importance of fostering and maintaining good relationships with legal professionals within and outside the judicial system.

Chris is a native of Phoenix, graduated from Brophy College Prep, attended Georgetown University and received an A.B. in Government in 1983. After serving four years in the United States Marine Corps as an infantry officer, he attended and graduated from ASU law school in 1990, earnaing the Trial Advocacy Award from his law school class.

He began his career representing financial institutions in collection actions and independently handling criminal and civil cases from intake through trial. The breadth of his experience spans both high and lower profile cases, including numerous federal racketeering investigations, environmental cases, child abuse and molest criminal actions, in addition to broad expertise in white collar and illegal drug cases.

Chris is widely known for his expertise in defending lower jurisdiction criminal charges such as DUI, domestic violence and traffic related charges. This expertise has allowed him to assist corporate clients and professionals in navigating regulatory and motor vehicle issues and to ensure their professional licenses are retained after a criminal disposition.

Chris has personally handled numerous corporate and individual clients involved in high profile investigations, such as the Baptist Foundation, Desert Diva and Scottsdale AZ Touch of Class prostitution cases, the Fiesta Bowl kickback scandal and numerous racketeering, gambling, election fraud and Federal/State tax fraud cases. In addition, Mr. Rapp has represented a prominent Police Union and individual law enforcement officers in both administrative and criminal investigations.

His success is due in no small part to the efforts of the litigation team he employs, members of which include extraordinarily experienced paralegals, private investigators and forensic experts. Chris’s familiarity and ability to maneuver through the legal system comes from years of personally handling his clients’ cases, and being able to constructively and positively influence the resolution of the case. His mission is to make sure his clients know he will be involved and appear on their behalf in all phases of a case.
