The Tax Practice Group provides individuals with guidance through estate and estate planning services, employee benefit consultations (including Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs), and counseling in income tax planning, estate and trust taxation, audit assistance, representation in federal and state controversy matters and the submission of federal tax ruling requests.

The Tax Practice Group assists businesses of all sizes with their tax needs, offering support services such as business planning and reorganization, and guidance. We provide support during an audit or tax controversy before the Internal Revenue Service, the Arizona Department of Revenue, or Federal, State and Tribal courts.

Attorneys in the Tax Practice Group also have substantial experience in the areas of lobbying on tax-related issues and drafting of state legislation seeking a clearer interpretation of current law or presentation of new law to benefit clients, including issues regarding income, employment or transaction privilege taxes.
